A fully automatic Liquid Painting Systems can consist of an automatic in-line multi-stage washing tunnel or pretreatment tunnel, also with the use of nanotechnologies; drying oven; one or more liquid painting booths. The types of booths are different depending on the type and size of the article/components to be painted. We offer dry or water abatement systems, in full compliance with current regulations; drying chamber/chambers; paint curing oven; monorail overhead conveyor or double rail overhead conveyor.

All liquid painting systems are designed according to the specific requirement of each customer, and such customization is being done with our In-house Design and Development competencies with robust manufacturing technologies. The exact nature of a particular paint line and the specific equipment used is determined by the job to be done. It can range from a simple spray booth with a batch oven for cure to a fully automated system that allows continuous pre treatment, application and curing. Paint can be applied by spray method using conventional hand held spray guns, automatic spray guns. The spray equipment can be either non-electrostatic or electrostatic.
